Hertfordshire Young Carers Project

Help & Information

If you need information on particular illnesses or disabilities then the following organisations have a help line.  You can speak to someone who can help you with information about the illness or disability your relative has or they can send you leaflets.

If the information you are looking for is not included in this list, then please ring us at the Project and we will be pleased to get the information for you.

Free phone means you don't pay for the call. Lo-call means the call is charged at the price of a local call.  Where neither appears next to the number, normal rates apply, but you can ask them to ring you back.
