www.carersinherts.org.uk - that's the Carers in Hertfordshire site.

www.channelmogo.org - Hertfordshire online information site for young people

YCNet - provides information and support for young carers. There is also a chatroom for young carers.

Connexions - Connexions PA's support young people in reaching their potential and helping them to overcome any barriers that might get in the way.

Watford & Three Rivers Primary Care Trust - information on NHS services.

www.youthclubs.org.uk - where you can meet other young people and take up new interests or activities, or maybe refresh some old favourites.

www.bubblycrew.org.uk - you may seen Bubbly Crew on BBC 'Newsround' - it's a London based young carers project.

www.childrenssociety.org.uk/youngcarers - did you see the Young Carers Initiative featured on Blue Peter? It's for young carers, their families and all who support them.

www.bullying.co.uk/children - a nationwide charity to help children affected by bullying. Offers legal advise and tips to such children and their parents.

www.successunlimited.co.uk - website on bullying at school and in the workplace, and its effects on the health of all concerned. Offers support to any young person.

www.youngcarers.hants.org.uk - loads of useful stuff about a Young Carers Project. A mine of useful information and ideas!

www.kidscape.org.uk - site for school, student and parents. Excellent problem page giving detailed answers.

www.sibspace.org - for any young person who is a sibling (brother or sister) and may be looking after another sibling in some way. Gives helpful advise and information.
